Hazel Barn

Families are treated to a character-laden, five-bedroom, rural cottage with endless entertainment options and gorgeous views in North Molton, Devon.

Contemporary amenities and stylish design blend seamlessly with the traditional stone façade and exposed timber beams of the cottage’s interior. An open fire and comfortable sofas invite relaxation in the well-appointed sitting room, while a smaller den promises ‘me time’. The five carefully-appointed bedrooms include one king-size double with en-suite, one double, one double with en-suite, one twin and one family room with four-poster bed and a single. A third bathroom is situated on the first floor.

Guests can cook in the traditional wood burner stove or the electric stove top in the fully-equipped kitchen, which connects to the dining room. Entertainment options abound. As well as the TV and DVD, there is an iPod dock, WiFi, PS2 and a selection of books and games. The internal, shared games room includes table tennis, billiards, table football and air hockey, while an outdoor play area features trampoline, swings, slides and a bouncing castle (weather permitting).

The gardens feature space for pets, a furnished patio with BBQ and the private hot tub with gorgeous views to North Molton and the region of Devon.





The cottage was absolutely fabulous everything you needed was there washing machine, dishwasher which was great for a big group like mine was. Plus the best part was our last night which was a dark sky's it felt you was in a different universe

We have stayed in a number of Sykes cottages over the years and have always been satisfied with our experience. This venue surpassed all our expectations, Hazel Barn is outstanding, the accommodation, the setting and the access to beaches and other places of interest provided us with most memorable family holiday for a long time.
