The living space comes with charming beams, an exposed stone wall in the fully fitted kitchen and dining area, and three windows overlooking a sheep farm and surrounding countryside. The lounge area features solid oak floors, a TV with Sky and Freeview, a DVD player, and a comfy couch. Superfast broadband was recently installed on the property.

Downstairs are two double bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room. One includes French doors that access an enclosed patio with furniture and a barbecue to enjoy an al fresco meal in the clean Exmoor air.

The seaside town of Minehead is a 20-minute drive away with its famous Strand beach, links golf, fishing quarter and harbour, and historic Church Steps. The Granary sits within walking distance of the pretty village of Luxborough and the historic Royal Oak Inn. Guests can also stable their horses at the farm, which has direct access to excellent hacking, including the scenic Coleridge Way bridle path.
